Step 3: A lower price is found
If the live price for your booking falls by £10 or more than what you originally paid, SmartTrack flags it, and the automatic rebooking process begins. You do not need to take any action. You do not need to check anything manually.
Step 4: Your booking is automatically rebooked at the lower price
SmartTrack cancels your original booking and replaces it with the lower-priced equivalent, same car, same dates, same location, same cover. The process is seamless and requires nothing from you.
Step 5: You receive a price drop email
SmartTrack then sends you an email confirming that your booking has been rebooked and showing exactly how much you have saved compared to your original booking price. This whole process continues throughout your booking up to 6 weeks prior to your booking, which is when full payment is due and we issue you with your pre-paid voucher.

SmartTrack monitors your confirmed booking price and acts when a qualifying reduction appears. However, it does not guarantee a reduction will occur. Additionally, it only rebooks when your existing price reduces by £10.00 or more and does not monitor Florida car hire prices before you book.

You will receive an automatic email confirmation when SmartTrack finds you a lower price. This email will confirm your updated booking details and show how much has been saved compared to your previous booking price.

Cancellation terms apply to the booking as it stands at the time of cancellation — regardless of how many times SmartTrack has rebooked it. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup carry no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup carry a fee of 50% of the total booking price, capped at £50.
