If a lower rate of £10 or more becomes available with your exact vehicle, supplier, and pick-up details preserved, SmartTrack rebooks it automatically and emails you to confirm how much you have saved. You do not need to check anything.
SmartTrack runs from booking confirmation until six weeks before your collection date, which is also when your balance becomes due. There are no limits on how many price drops you can benefit from, and there is no charge for the service.

No. All bookings made with Smarter Car Hire Florida come with zero deposit & free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your collection time and date. Your booking is secured at the price shown, with nothing to pay upfront. The balance is settled 6 weeks ahead of your pickup date. This means you can book early to give our SmartTrack system more time to find you a lower price, with zero financial risk.

Yes. You can cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, cancellations are completely free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup incur a fee of 50% of the total booking price, capped at £50. Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notification is treated as a no-show. No refund applies in a no-show situation.
All cancellation requests can be processed in one of three ways. You can use the cancel option in your account area, alternatively you can either contact Smarter Car Hire Florida direct by telephone or WhatsApp on 01325 808123 or by email to [email protected]. Full cancellation terms are set out in Section 8 of the booking conditions. Please note, requests to cancel cannot be made through the car hire provider.

Yes. Every booking includes fully comprehensive insurance, including CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) and SLI/LIS (Liability Insurance Supplement) all with zero excess. This means that in the event of damage occurring to the vehicle or it is stolen, there are no hidden charges, you pay nothing.

No. There’s no limit to how much you can save with SmartTrack, it all depends on how prices change during the tracking period. To ensure that you have the very best chance of securing the lowest prices possible we advise that you book as early as possible ideally as soon as you flights are confirmed.
Remember we provide zero deposit and free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to collection too. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to collection.
